PROJECT NARATION

This project is built on limestone land, making the selection of plant species crucial to ensure their survival and optimal growth. Therefore, plants that are resilient to hot weather, require minimal watering, and can withstand salt-laden air were selected. The chosen species include Crinum, Pandanus, Lily, and Pennisetum.

In addition, the treatment of plant canopy characteristics became the second main focus in determining planting positions, considering the limited space and the goal of achieving a maximum green visual impact. Bamboo was ultimately selected as a boundary and privacy screen between the villas.
